Spinal Tap Equipment Review

A literal motor-neural interface for pilots, the hallmark of a Spinal Tap are the old-fashioned wired electrode inputs in the form of needles that when putting on the motion-capture rig will embed themselves into a user's spine and skull for an unparalleled responsiveness.

'Feeling' everything "your mecha does" is stressful though and 5% of the time that stress results in 40% kickback damage.  What you get from merging yourself with your machine though is a speed boost of 5, 2% increase chance for Crit-kills, and it grants a 10% chance freeze effect on opponents.  It is advised you remember to keep the stimulus needles clean between uses to avoid risk of infection.

It costs 408 Ferrite, 1189 Bioptics and 44 Crystals.
