With these two categories in place I will be going through the past and already posted stories and determining what should go where. Typically speaking if it is about a character and his or her adventures in the game universe it will most likely go into the Pilot stories. That does not mean it is rumor or junk, or didn't happen, it just means it is a tale of so and so off and about through the game universe doing whatever it is they do. Official Lore will have to do strictly with the in game dynamics, species (living mechs, snavrum etc) and stories centered specifically around such things. So stories/lore will be divided into two clear separate categories, giving us a definitive look in on our game universe as opposed to a lot of what ifs. Generally if we have any questions on any incoming official lore the Devs will have final say. As is if they do not like how the categories are lined up when I am done things could find themselves switched.
So please be patient while this undertaking is going on, and don't be mad if one thing winds up on one side of the line as opposed to another. If we can get the Devs to do a final ruling that would be ideal. We all know however that they are working on the game so if something is called into question please be patient if it is not resolved right away.
