Plasma Bottle Equipment Review

You know what?  The engineering problem of how to power larger and larger mecha is one that has a bunch of solutions.  In lieu of Niode, an economical alternative is installing an on-board nuclear reactor.

For Mecha weighing 70-85 tons you may want to consider using the plasma bottle.  It gives a speed boost of 6, and auto repair of two but is a little shoddy in its construction and is only safe generally 92% of the time.  During the other 8% you've got a chance of meltdown which will give you 80% kickback damage.

I won't knock it since I've used them to good effect in Freons and Inferno mecha but you may want to consider wearing a lead-lined apron or vest when piloting a mech with one of these and a pair of sunglasses also wouldn't hurt.  Why sunglasses? Because fusion is freaking cool, man!

A plasma bottle costs 1288 Ferrite, 818 Bioptics and 59 Crystals.
