Clan War Interview with Jeff Harrel Sr.

This is a reprint of the last interview with Jeffery Harrell Sr. from November 2013.

Post Clan Wars X Interview This is Deborah Roaché-Hudak, player id #289133 in a post Clan Wars X late night interview with Jeffery Harrell Sr. player id #26563. Thank you for joining me here, I do appreciate it.

Jeff: thank you for talking with me

Deb: You’ve been in several CWs, with different clans. Has the playing style from one to another made a difference in the outcome in your opinion?

Jeff: yes definitely and i contribute to some of the style changes and having to change fight tactics because of the new things added to the game like equipment. we have to use different tactics now just to compensate for them

Deb: Keeping up with the changes certainly is important. Are there any that you were glad to see?

Jeff: i was glad to see that chef finally got the equipment working for us. it was a long time coming, that in itself was a big change for the game. the addition of new mechs and the new size of mechs was a refreshing sight

Deb: Certainly was. Did you hope any other clans would do well, besides your own of course?

Jeff: of course ..my sons clan. they are a young offshoot of raging v(engeance) with their levels in the 20s i also hoped northwind highlanders well because of who was in their division. they had a tough one

Deb: Thanks. Always great to have folks supporting us. Your son should be proud, you’ve come a long way. Is there any advice you’d offer to new pilots like your son and others?

Jeff: just don’t let it get them down. when higher levels purposely shoot them, it’s called harvesting . it will make them mad but just remember it’s a game don’t let it get to you. cause sooner or later you might be able to get revenge on those players

Deb: Agreed. Many times you can find high levels with low or no tonnage on to take your revenge if you must but there’s nothing personal in taking tonnage to level up. Just like some low levels intentionally lose to higher levels to “farm” resources, i.e. ferrite and bioptics. Wish we got a crystal for every fight too. Deb: Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Jeff: i may not be around soon because of my illness so i want to tell all the players how much i have enjoyed playing this game with them

Deb: I hope I can speak for everyone when I say we’ve enjoy playing with you as well. You’ve been inspirational in how you’ve handled so many things. These words will stay in our news feed to immortalize you for our little corner of space. I salute you.

Jeff: thank you Deborah

Deb: Thanks again for your time. I do realize how precious it is.
