There are some new mechs in the enemy ranks this time out which were referred to as "infected" in conversation on the game page. Infected by what or whom is unknown at this time. Perhaps that will be made clear further down the line. They are mutated in appearance, having many spikes or huge dodge capabilities. Some resemble the pilot beloved Oggun but with Gatling gun arms as opposed to normal design which is simply holding a weapon.
They are labeled with Forerunner sounding names, and the raid is labeled as Drochah. So alien involvement seems highly likely. You will find full squads of Dino based mecha, these infected mecha, even Serp-Alpha scattered throughout the raid. Yet again the prizes are based on percentages and low ones at that leading many to believe the winners of the majority of mechs will yet again go to the strongest players allowing them to further consolidate their power within our Galaxy. Only time and the end of the raid will tell, be sure to watch the game board for both nonsensical and valid complaints both for and against the system as it stands now.
