Over the whole Galaxy factions have come to arise and are preparing for massive battles. It is still unclear but it looks like the big Faction's will be facing one another for half of the world's known planet's in the galaxy. The smaller factions will be facing one another for about 20 % of the world's unknown planets. Unfortunately word has gotten out that a snare has been set up by the Craftsmen, but nobody is sure about it yet. The wars have caused a lot of mayhem in the divine factions not only because of the short time for perpetration but also the lack of info on who is the current enemy. Most factions have found loop holes in enemy's organizations and have calculated the very best outcome, and assembling of their units. Many have not and a bad destiny awaits them as most factions units will lose tons of High powered niode mechas and will have to replace them. So now would be the time to switch jobs and go work for a mecha company  where a lot of $$$  awaits you.
