Anzu Mecha Review From Sten Hugo Hiller

As the second bioptics/ferrite mech you should except this to be an improvement over the Red Ant, but is it really so? The Anzus main drawback is kickback ( damage it deals to itself) the second drawback is that it is not really specialized. At Lvl 12 (entry to Circuit fight) it has 1 Engine 2 weapons and 1 chassis slot +3% laser and projectile damage.At lvl 50 when it tops out it has 8 weapons, 2 engines and1 cockpit . Its kickback is now 40% of 37.5% damage and it still have 3% to laser/projectile damage.

At lvl100 it gets another 7 ( total 15) weapon slots otherwise the same as at lvl50
For Your cockpit you can use cup holder for 1% critkill or Known Hacks for a 6% freeze, ( The fof is in my opinion wrong for this mech).For your chassis slot the choice is Hip actuator, or reinforced joints, as for engine you must decide if the 1 point auto repair for cogwerk microblock is worth the 8 niodes it cost more than Block charge.My preferred load out is the cup holder, reinforced joints and 2 Cogwerk microblocks.
At lvl 100 this will cost you 3k ferrite/bioptics and 16 Niodes.
