The Surface To Everything Missile or S.T.E.M system is for levels 10 and up, and will cost 350 Ferrite, 280 Bioptics, with 17 Niodes. Bulk buy is an option here with five for 68 Niodes with no limits or restrictions. But be aware there are at the time of this writing only 251 left out of 300 released. They do a straight damage of 35, have a speed of 99, and have the abilities of Splash at 8%, and Wild.

These are very decent weapon systems for the levels they are available to. Some equipment may amplify your splash damage or even missile based damage, as well as mecha build stats. With Wild be aware it may not hit what you aim at however, it may decide to hit a mecha three down from what you are facing as opposed to the opponent directly in front of you. So get em while they last and happy hunting with these unpredictable but deadly missiles.
