Another prize for the last KOTM with no purchase info, restrictions, limits etc... It does have a speed of 98, a straight damage of 35, the abilities of Splash and Fork both at 5%. Better suited for the lower tier players to mid tier players.

The ability percentages are not very large and there are others out there much better, and heavier hitting. Per usual with skill point allocation, equipment load out and proper mecha choice for build stats would enhance this weapon system greatly. Not a terrible weapon, not the best, more or less middle of the road in any every aspect.
