This seems to be the upgrade to the H. Blast Plate slug thrower, dealing more damage but at a slightly slower speed. A fine weapon to put in any of your projectile based mechas, further enhancement may be had with the usual stat allocation, mecha build and equipment load out. The precision is a nice touch as it further enhances your mechas ability to aim/hit the opponent in so long as your precision can beat out their dodge. Either way it is nice to see new crystal weapons coming out at a fairly regular rate now. It allows for more options on ones mecha, lets hope the weapon limits increase soon and we see more crystal weapons with wider variety in the near future.
