Fall Crippler Niode Ice Weapon Review By Pat Willis#224534

I got this weapon from the last KOTM tourney which was a classic chrono tourney, I did not see these in the shop under ice weapons so minimum level, pricing, and limits/availability will not be applying here. What I can say is it is a nice weapon with 40 straight damage, a speed of 100 (usually ice is 99), and it has the abilities of Freeze 15 %, and slow of 15.

An ice weapon above the average speed of 99 for such is always welcome, the damage while nothing to shout about isn't bad really once you equip it on a mech that is likely to produce X2 or X3 damage results. The Freeze ability is nice as it breaks the 10% mark, combined with mecha build, stat allocation, and equip load out could actually be pretty nice. Like say a high level Frigis, or one on its way through the levels seeking to obtain the 100% freeze ability. The slow is also nice as it can keep those speed demon mechs from getting the jump on you every round.
