For all your 25-50 Ton mecha chassis needs there is the Hip Hopper Hips equipment piece. It is a Niode equipment piece so be aware of such when you go to buy it, it will cost you 229 Ferrite, 250 Bioptics and 20 Niodes. It provides your mecha with the ability of Dodge (14).

Now of course as we all know dodge is a very crucial stat to have a mecha equipped with or else it'll be vaporized pretty much out of the gate. A high dodge is always a good thing, stacked it is even better, add to it a built in stat for dodge on the mecha itself and this becomes a very needed piece fast. A Karn/Novum mecha at my level already has dodge as a built in ability before equipment set up of 24, with three slots available for chassis, fill all three with this and the dodge becomes 66. So just an illustration of how this great little chassis piece can make an already fast maneuverable mecha even more so.
