Concept Description:
Designed by Dr. Drake as part of his super mecha program and clone integration experiments, the Thug Mk. I is built as a front line, brute force mecha. Stacked with armor and modulated to carry projectile weapons and lasers, this heavy assault mecha is meant to go in close, beat down the opposition and absorb damage as the artillery mechas drop the heavy fire on the enemy lines. It can take a serious beating and deal out enormous melee damage, but sacrifices speed in the process. It's internal construction allows for massive laser and projectile fire, but the over usage of heat sinks makes the system vulnerable to fire and ice based attacks due to its already heavily taxed coolant and venting equipment.
Appearance:
Similar to the Oggun. Coloration is subdued black with red trim and white highlights. Lighting is electric blue.
