New pilots looking for weapons that make a splash are going to enjoy this limited edition. For a missile, this is one speedy weapon clocking in a 99. You'll have a better chance at first blood and the 36 damage is extraordinarily high compared to most weapons available for level 11. You'll be pleased with the results when you see it in action.
There is a small chance you'll break the defense on more than one mecha. When the 3% splash hits, you'll get more bang for your buck. When things look grim, crit-kill is a nice 'go to' for an effective result. It won't matter how high your hit is when the crit kicks in, the end result is instant death. If you've been waiting for a missile with crit, then your wait is over. Stock up on these before they sell out.
