Due to very strong pilot performance, the cartel has decided to relax some of the current restrictions on crystal weapons available for those mid-level pilots! It has been determined that a number of the crystal weapons currently available can be safely operated by pilots a few levels lower than the previous standard. This is going to shake things up as many pilots get access to bigger and better weapons than ever before! Weapon makers would like to thank the many experienced pilots that generously and ruthlessly battle-tested these weapons - you tested them quite thoroughly. smile emoticon
On top of all that, the coalition ALSO decided that certain yet unreleased cutting-edge weapons that have been undergoing rigorous fine-tuning in the labs are ready to hit the market! This is also big news for more experienced pilots - get your mechs ready to wield some big new guns. The limits on the amount of high-end crystal weapons you can buy have recently been adjusted. The cartel didn't make a big to-do about it but the word is that the few rarer materials needed to build them got easier to obtain due to some renegotiated trade agreements.....
