This new niode laser that we took a sneak peak at not too long ago is available now for levels 9 and up. At the time of this writing there are 270 available out of 300 with no limits or restrictions to them.They cost 360 Ferrite, 270 Bioptics, and 17 Niodes to buy, or go for the bulk option and get 5 for 68 Niodes. It does a straight damage of 34, has a speed of 101, and the abilities of 2x Damage at 3%, as well as Slow of (4).

It seems this laser is designed for power in the lower tiers which is just what is needed now that Clan Wars is almost upon us. Great for any beam splitter mecha with lasers in mind with the build specs. As always skill point allocation, and equipment load out is as essential as ever to increase damage potential and hit average. The X2 damage is always welcome as you level up the mechs percentage if it has such will help the weapons rating and you will see bigger hits, so choose you mount for this weapon wisely.
