Available at level 35, you now get access to this kind of damage way
earlier than before. Vulcan Phaser damage of 66 is beaten only after
level 45, with the Flavian Spear, damage of 70, Speed of 99 won't make it
the fastest gun there is, but with added 3 points of precision and 7% chance
of Crit-Kill, it still is a very competitive weapon. Cost of 42 Niodes,
777 Ferrite and 555 Bioptics, or five weapon bulk offer for 168 Niodes.
Vulcan Phaser is more expensive than other weapons around same caliber,
but you get that earlier. One downside with this weapon is, that you can
buy only 25 Vulcan Phaser. After that it's loot, pillage and steal like
any good pilot always does anyway.

There is precision added into the mix to help you land those hits when
it's essential. For those nail biting moments, you also have 7%
crit-kill. It won't matter what the damage is when this kicks in, dead
is dead. Definitely a killer combo. Don't miss this opportunity, there's
a limit of 25 per person. This is the phaser you've been waiting for,
it would be illogical to not take advantage of this offer.
