With proper shielding preparation the fire vulnerability shouldn't pose too much of a problem. The Dodge is rather high for its weight range, so that alone is worth it really. The shielding is just enough to enhance any your mecha already has but aside from that is just kind of there. All in all it is a decent piece, and as stated before the vulnerability it does pack can be compensated for, so really you have nothing to loose on this investment.
