The speed is real nice as it is actually faster than the higher level M2Z Assault cannon which is available for level 49 and up, and only sports a speed of 100. It also fills the gaps as the Rail Gun is available for levels 32 and up, Ferrite Storm the niode gun is for levels 36 and up, and before this weapon the next jump was to the Rail Cannon at levels 42 and up. So this weapon fills the level gap rather nicely. It is also comparable with the Rail Cannon damage wise as both are no ability weapons but pack a straight 39 damage. So a lower level weapon is on par with a higher level weapon, and only a couple points slower as the Rail Cannon which comes in at 106 for speed. So definitely worth it and pretty cheap considering the bang for your buck on this one.
