A Engine piece for mechas in the 95-100 Ton range, costing 1,850 Ferrite, 1,310 Bioptics, and 56 Crystal. For all of that you get Speed +5, that's all. No extras, no bonuses, no tacked on damage multiplier, but also unlike the two other engines in this weight category NO vulnerabilities.

The Reaper Core has kickback at 40% odds, the Tri Peak Turbine has a Projectile vulnerability at 2%. But the kicker is those other two engines are Niode based. Historically speaking Niode based equipment has had one over on crystal based for a long, long time. But now looking at these three engines the lower end crystal with its only + 5 to Speed, looks a hell of a lot better, as well as cost effective, next to the obviously slightly flawed Niode equipment.
