It has a 90 Damage capability putting it just under the AHI Missile system which has 95 Damage but you need to be level 65 to get one.
It has a 102 Speed making it one of the faster missile systems, certainly the fastest yet on the open market. In the regular shop the fastest missile system I see is a 100 Speed.
Lets not forget the weapon abilities of Fork at 60%, and Splash at 10%. The Fork ability evenly matches the T9 Berserker available at level 45. The Splash ability falls somewhere between the 9% ability seen on the Omen Barrels available at level 89, and the 12% ability on the Arbalest available at level 104. So the Longbowman fits neatly between the two in ability on Splash.
Final conclusion in my opinion would be yeah it is definitely worth it. It has speed that is pretty much off the charts for a missile system, damage that just straight hits will be felt no doubt, and abilities built in that are pretty much all over the spectrum of niode missile systems. So definitely a purchase if you have the niodes to spare and are looking to augment your missile boat mechas, or even add a surprise to non missile based load out. Either way this one looks to be a solid investment.
