It gives a dodge bonus of 8, speed boost of 5 and the pipes of the Pneumatic shocks also can be attached to weapons systems to provide your projectile weapons with a 6% damage increase by using pressure and kinetic push to increase the muzzle velocity of their firing chambers. This Pneumatic Oomph also generally gives all your weapons a 3% increased chance of dealing triple damage. The particular gases used by the Pneumatic Shocks have a certain ideal heat range for optimal functioning which renders them 5% ice vulnerable.
It costs 812 Ferrite, 228 Bioptics and 39 Niodes. I like using them on Namtars and Smilodons but you could probably use them just as well in a Megazome, Buchis or Orester.
