For mechas in the 50 - 70 ton range is this handy little cockpit equipment piece. It'll cost you 400 Ferrite, 824 Bioptics, and 26 Niodes. It features the abilities of Slow (8), Freeze at 10%, and 3X Damage at 6%. Absolutely perfect for a Ice based mecha such as the Freon . The slow, and the freeze ability compliment the mechas inbuilt abilities so well.

Or take them on in another mecha in the same tonnage range to make one hell of a surprise for your opponents. Put them on a Smilodon stacked for one major surprise for the enemy, especially given the mechas inherent speeds as it is. Really no matter how you play it as long as you play to the strengths of this piece of equipment you should come out on top and really stop your enemy in his or her tracks.
