Support And Attackers By Cher Lee#875837

Many pilots may agree and disagree but the data is precise base on the mecha's overall build. You can tweak the mecha into a killing machine or build it the way it is set up for. There are many ways to run a mecha the way you want. Let's not get ahead of our self.

There are two major type of mecha. A support class and attacker class. Now the information that is being release is precious to me, but it can't hurt.

Support Class are mecha that does multiple damage. It's focus is on damaging other mecha. Doing damage to the front line or the back, but these kind of mecha are a little slower in speed. This means that they'll attack less than an average mecha.

Attacker Class mainly focus on the mecha in front of it. The mecha would either do big damage or take down the mecha in front of it as fast as it possibly can.

So would it be better to have all Attacker Class in one single line as it would take down more mecha faster? It can be if you correctly set up your mecha just for that purpose, but just because you have an Elite attack does not mean it is unstoppable as a combo Support with Attacker class can beat a Full Attacker line up.

So let's do a fast run down. I'll be using the 75 Tonnage mecha. Our first 75T is going to Dilophos and our second is Sever and our third is a Rook. Lets take a basic overview on these mecha.

Dilophos: High damage on fire and laser. It also has 2x/3x damage 80+ level. Fire weapons has burn and burn can do high damage very fast and able to take chunks of health out of the mecha's armor. It can also ignite doing really high damage and capable to destroying the mecha.

Sever: High damage on Ice. It has a decent amount of 2x/3x damage, but more importantly it has good freeze percentage. With the high freeze it's able to buy itself time to re-attack and re-freezing the mecha until the mecha is destroy.

Rook: High damage on Missile. This mecha does not have Fork, Splash, or Trample build in however it does have Wide Fork at level 50 and Cri-Kill at level 60. Rook being a missile type puts it in Support class as Missile Bonus has Fork, Splash, and Trample. With these special bonus you can take out front line mecha or back line in a few hits. Rook being a Missile user has a down side as they are very slow.

When it comes down to who has a better build Dilophos has the upper hand, but 1 alone does nothing. It takes a team to bring out the true power of each mecha. With the correct access to weapons and equipment you can build a killer 75T.

Now there are many ways to build a strong line and there are counters to beat a certain build and combos, but the most effective and overall rating might be this build.

In 3 slot having Sever on the top, Rook in the 2nd, and Dilophos on the 3rd brings out some good Combo. You need your point mecha to stay alive as you don't want a shift.

The Sever has a good amount of freeze to stay in that position.

You would put Rook in the 2nd slot to do Fork or Splash damage. Supporting your Sever and Dilophos taking down all or most mecha.

Having Dilophos in the 3rd line to take down the enemy last mecha as fast as it can as burn damage would slowly end it's life and if fork or splash damage hit's that target than it would go down much faster.

Now let's move on to a 4 line slot. A 4 line slot would be slightly different. It may not seem like there is any difference because it's just one extra slot and placing the extra mecha doesn't really does much effect, but you'll be surprise.

Sever on the 1st spot. You never want your first mecha to be destroy in which case your opponent has an advantage to your last mecha.

Sever or Dilophos on your 2nd line. Sever to do the same freeze or Dilophous to take down the 2nd mecha faster.

Rook on your 3rd line to do Fork, Splash, or Trample, wide fork if you're lucky.

Last mecha would be Dilophos for burn damage and 2x/3x damage.

Now moving on to our finial line. The 5th line. Five line can be confusing to some players as they like it to look neat. Sometimes you see an even odd even odd, for example Sever/Dilophos/Sever/Dilophos/Sever which can be effective but it won't bring it's true color.

This line up is an overall most effective so let's keep in mind that there are combo with different mecha that can beat this lineup and different builds. As an overall build this line can be a unstoppable force.

Sever in your 1st slot for Freeze.
Dilophos in your 2nd line for Burn
Dilophos in the 3rd spot, again for burn.
Rook in your 4th slot for Fork and Splash damage.
Dilophos in your last line to destroy the mecha fastest.

As and overall this example should be a very power build and can beat all attacker class like 5 lines of Dilophos or Sever. Now there are reason and ideas on how to improve the lineup and the mecha itself. A lot depends on the level and the build of the mecha but a basic high speed, dodge, precision should be good.

An overall idea on a lineup build would be having your first mecha not being destroy and having your last mecha destroy mecha much faster. Putting a Support mecha in the middle to help take out overall more mecha.
