This is a cyrstal ice weapon, with all pertinent information for level restrictions, and price contained in the image. These are big boy and girl toys reserved for higher levels, but through raid prizes, tourney participation and on occasion the mystery vortex, they may be made available to levels lesser than what is listed.

So lets break this down by the numbers, this weapon packs a straight damage of 83, a speed of 100, and the weapon ability of Freeze at 12%.

Straight damage is pretty much on par with the Flash Freeze niode weapon give or take a couple of points. The speed is equal to the higher end niode and crystal ice weapons (Winter's Grasp for niode, Wendigo for crystal), and the weapon ability of Freeze at 12% is actually very decent for a crystal weapon. Consider the Wendigo, it only has a weapon ability of Freeze at 8%.

So really for this being a crystal weapon it has damage potential and traits of some of the mid tier niode weapons. That in and of itself is impressive. Add this to a serious ice based mecha like the Boreas with its bonuses to ice damage, factor in equipment specs. and skill point allotment with your build bonus, and this is a straight up evil weapon to have fired at you.
