Great for your Torrents, or Magnus mecha as well as the smaller Shocklite, Luison, or Orester mecha. Of course with proper set up you really could stick them on just about anything. As usual equipment load out, stat allocation, and mecha build will determine just how much of a bonus you get to the weapons you use. The speed is about average for a missile system, the straight damage is decent and honestly for a crystal weapon the Splash percentage is pretty good. Really the only question here is how many are you going to need and what will you put them on?
