This is one hell of a nice niode laser, and it is easy to see why it was given to the Fext mecha to wield as a signature weapon. So you automatically get one of these if you own a Fext. If you do not, well any laser build/equipment bonus mecha will absolutely love this number.
Now all pertinent purchase and limitation information are in the image to the side. We're going to look at if it is worth all of that valuable, hard earned (or bought in some cases) resources.
As this is a weapon available to levels 107 and up. 125 straight damage that is on par with the signature weapon of the Regis mecha, they both clock in 125 straight damage. However the Twin Grazer for the Regis is slower than this weapon. Twin Grazers have a speed of 100, where this has a speed of 104. Let's face it anything over 100 for a laser system is just a good deal.
Which now brings us to the weapon ability of Crit - Kill at 19%. That ability is shared across three notoriously deadly laser weapons. My term for them is the Crit - Kill Club. The Archfiend, Cherenkov Ray, and the Blue Dragon here all share that weapon ability. This makes them dangerous enough on their own, but now add in build bonuses, and what you can eek out of equipment. Well suddenly you're not just looking at a 19 % Crit - Kill. That's just your base, and it only gets sweeter from there.
So is it worth the buy in for one? Uhmm yes, and what the heck is wrong with you that you're only getting one? It says Limit 65.... So go buy 65 and spread em out between your laser monstrosities. But when you are of the proper level to own multiples of these, and you happen to wander across a Fext for purchase....
You owe it to yourself to get one and load it up with these bad boys. X2 & X3 damage going off in the same shot with the x 1.5 as a chaser to base 125 damage, and whatever modifiers you have through mecha build/equipment.
It is glorious.
Just trust me, buy some, set em up, and go to town. Happy hunting everyone.
